Poolside is a registered fund manager with the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority and authorised by the Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit.
The company was founded by Urmas Peiker. He previously cofounded Funderbeam, the global equity funding and trading platform.
A Duke-educated lawyer, Urmas began his career as securities regulator in Estonia and has previously worked at EBRD, Morgan Stanley, and (prior to Funderbeam) head of compliance at LHV Bank.
